Grief Counselling
Most people will experience loss at some point in their lives. Grief is a normal reaction when we lose someone or something close to us. This can include death of a family member, friend, pet, a relationship breakup, loss of a job or other losses because of an illness or accident.
One can experience a range of feelings from deep sadness to anger. The process of adapting to a significant loss can vary dramatically from one person to another.
Sometimes you need additional support if you are experiencing things such as;
- Feeling stuck and overwhelmed
- Lasting longer than you wanted it to
- Experiencing disbelief or numbness
- Avoiding people, situations or places
- Persistent desire to die or be with the deceased
- Confused about your role in life or your identity.
If this is you and you would like support email, call or text me today and we can get you on the road to healing.
