Remember practice makes Permanent
Engage in activities of daily living (Dishes, laundry, eating etc)
Accomplish tasks that need to be done
Take steps toward a challenging goal (taking larger goals and making them manageable)
Build a sense of control, confidence and competence (through skill building)
Give yourself credit! Celebrate!! Be your biggest cheerleader!
