Grief is an incredibly complex and personal emotional journey that we all experience at some point in our lives. While it's often associated with the loss of a loved one, grief can also be triggered by other life-altering events such as divorce, job loss, or a significant health diagnosis.
Halloween, with its spooky costumes, eerie decorations, and playful frights, is often celebrated as a time of fun and excitement. But for some, myself included, the season can bring about an entirely different set of emotions, particularly grief.
To say grief and grieving is hard is a huge understatement. For me personally, it is one of the hardest and crappiest things I have and continue to ever experience.
