Q: What types of counselling do you offer?

Q: How do I know if counselling is right for me?

A: If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, counselling can offer support, practical tools, and a safe space to process your emotions. You don’t have to do this alone. Schedule a new client consult to explore how we can work together.

 

Q: Do you offer virtual therapy?

A: Yes! I offer virtual counselling for clients in Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as in-person sessions in London, Ontario.

 

Q: What happens in a counselling session?

A: Sessions are a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. We’ll work together to help you find clarity, coping strategies, and a path forward that feels right for you.

 

Q: How long are sessions, and how often should I come?

A: Standard sessions are 60 minutes long. The frequency of sessions depends on your needs—some clients prefer weekly support, while others book sessions as needed.

 

Q: Do you offer counselling for caregivers or professionals experiencing burnout?

A: Yes, I provide support for caregivers, healthcare professionals, and those in high-stress careers who are experiencing burnout and compassion fatigue.

 

Q: What is your counselling approach?

A: I use a warm, whole-person approach that blends evidence-based therapies with compassionate support. My focus is on helping you feel safe, understood, and empowered in your healing process.
