Speaking Engagments
To book a speaking engagement or educational event please fill out the contact for below or call the office at 226-270-5028.
Fees & Cancelation Policy
Sessions
A free phone or virtual consultation can be arranged to see if we are a good fit contact me for more details.
Counselling sessions are one hour in length and can be booked by calling, emailing, or texting the office.
Sessions are by appointment only, and are virtual, phone or in-person at this time.
Fees & Payments
Counselling - Receipts will be given after your session to submit to your insurance provider if you have coverage.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please speak with me before your session to see what we can mutually arrange.
Doula - Sliding scale dependent on needs and time required.
Payment - Accepted by eTransfer at the end of each session or in the case of a session package payment schedule will be arranged in the first session.
Cancelling Appointments
Cancellation with 24 hours notice - no fee.
Cancellation less than 24 hours - half of your regular fee will be charged.
No notice or failure to show - full fee is charged.
Confidentiality Policy
Inner Sojourn respects the privacy of your personal information; this information is not shared with anyone outside of Inner Sojourn without your specific written consent. Inner Sojourn's policy is not to provide third parties with information regarding you or your counselling. Concerns or questions you have about confidentiality may be discussed at intake.
Limits of Confidentiality
There are important exceptions to confidentiality when information can be released with or without your consent. This could include;
1) it is believed that you could be a danger to yourself or others.
2) A reason to suspect that a child in your care might be being abused or neglected.
3) Your counsellor and/or your records are subpoenaed by a court of law.
4) It is learned that a regulated health professional has been sexually inappropriate with a client/patient.
